At GYM SLUT, we take pride in providing our customers with luxurious, high-quality activewear. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a return policy that reflects the prestige and excellence of our brand.

Conditions for Return
Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with original hang tags attached.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 9 days of the delivery date.

Return Process
Contact Customer Service: Before initiating a return, please reach out to our customer service team at info@gymslutonline.com. Our team will assist you with the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.
Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees.

Important Information
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.
